i've had 4 phone calls and no message left

now calls every day at 6:40 PM every morning between 9 and 9:30

Someone with a foreign accent call saying he calling about a legal matter and that I took out a loan w/ advance check or someone and I have not.

Rude and abusive debt collectors. Actually attempting to collect legally uncollectable debt. Search Portfolio Recovery and see the long list of complaints against this company.

This is military medicine calling about an appointment at a local clinic.

This company buys outstanding accounts with the hope of future collection. They do not have any documentation relating to the dollar amount or if there was an incorrect payment entry or insurance payment. They use empty threats to try and intimidate you into paying them money. The money does not do to the original account it goes to the agency.

i got miss call from this number

I received a call @ work asking to speak to my immediate supervisor and then my boss gave me a phone # and case # to callback and reference. The caller would not give a name or call relation explanation to my supervisor. When I called the phone # back a woman answered with a baby in the background telling me to hold on and knew who I was by caller id @ my job before I even stated my name or the reference # they gave to my boss. A guy named Rick Davis got on the line very rude, trying to verify information about my last 4 of my social security which didn't match and I wouldn't give him any further information he became very rude and unprofession in speaking. I told him to have a great life and hung up on him.

This number rings and no one is there. Twice today.
